Daging Masak Lemak Cili Padi
Meat, Chilies , Khalis santan, Onion, Potato, Lime leaves, Water, Turmeric
Blend onions, chilies, shallots, turmeric and place them in a pot. Then add potatoes and meat together with blended mixture earlier. Let it boil for a while and later on pour in Khalis santan into the mixture. Cook at low heat until the meat turns tender. Ready to serve.
